Retirement Planning (RP)

The Retirement Planning seminar is a free seminar aimed at individuals who are starting to consider their retirement plans and would like to learn more about what options are available to them and strategies to consider. A qualified Health Super Financial Planner will discuss budgeting and reaching goals for your retirement, contributing to super, accessing your super, Centrelink Age Pension and strategies that are available to help you boost your super before retirement and maximise your retirement planning position.

Transition to Retirement (TTR)

The Transition to Retirement seminar is a free seminar aimed at individuals who are over age 55 and are interested in maximising their financial position prior to retirement. A qualified Health Super Financial Planner will walk you through the basics of superannuation and the Transition to Retirement Strategy to help you understand your options with your super.

Defined Benefits (DB)

The Defined Benefits seminar is a free seminar aimed at current members of the Health Super Defined Benefit Scheme. A qualified Health Super Financial Planner will discuss your Defined Benefit Scheme membership and help you to understand how your membership works, factors that can affect your entitlement (such as hourly rates, working hours, years of membership, changes to your employment).

Federal Budget Update

Federal Budget Update seminars are free seminars held in the weeks following the release of the Government's Federal Budget in May each year. A qualified Health Super Financial Planner will break down the changes announced in the Budget each year with an emphasis on changes announced for superannuation, personal taxation and Centrelink benefits.

Pension Review

Pension Review seminars are free seminars aimed at existing Health Super Pension Members. A qualified Health Super Financial Planner from our Review Team will discuss your Health Super Pension, changes that may affect you, investment returns for your Pension account and strategies to help you maximise your pension.

All HSFP Seminars are free to attend and we welcome you reserve your seat and bring along your family and friends.

Evening Seminars are held from 6pm at local and regional centres - so join us after work and sit back with a cup of tea/coffee and some light catering.

Workplace Seminars are held at local and regional hospitals, clinics and care facilities usually during lunch time – so feel free to reserve a seat and bring your lunch.
